I discovered a simple smoothie recipe on Ina Garten's show last week and have been making them every morning...lots of vitamin c in a pretty goblet ...a handful of strawberries, juice of an orange and half a grapefruit and half a banana...my instant breakfast.
This looks delicious! I have been addicted to yoplait frozen smoothies recently, but will have to try this next.
