This turned out to be the perfect birthday gift for my brother Carter who is visiting from Seattle......he is in heaven reading Jerusalem - and planning to try some of the wonderful recipes when he gets home. Thanks for the reference......those polenta cakes caught my attention - and the rest is tied up in my brother's love for cooking and his love of Jerusalem and Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.
